The Affect-tag band turned off during a session or during the data recovery phase.

The data is lost.

Before the next session:
  1. Ensure there is enough battery on both the mobile device and the Affect-tag band
  2. Restart the application by double clicking the home button and swiping upwards.
  3. Restart the band by pressing simultaneously on the 2 buttons to turn it off, and once again to turn it on.

Note

The blue LED will blink rapidly the next time the band is paired with the mobile device. This is a normal process to clear the space for the next session.
