During the data recovery phase a band is disconnected.

Make sure all of the bands used during the session are off the participants' wrists and next to the iPad. Tap "Retry" to relaunch the recovery of data. If the recovery freezes again it is possible

to "Skip" data recovery.

WARNING

if "Skip" is tapped during data recovery, the data for that band will be lost and unrecoverable.

  The last session was not finished properly and the band is clearing the storage to make space for the next session. Wait for the band to stop blinking and then pair the band with the mobile application.

• The Affect-tag band doesn't turn on or vibrates for 2 seconds and then turns off.

  Charge the band for a minimum of 30 minutes and then press simultaneously on the 2 buttons to turn it on. The band is on if it vibrates 3 times upon starting and the blue LED blinks 1 per second.
