How do I interpret the Affect-tag Indicators?

Affect-tag Emotional Indicators can be compared across Experiences and Key Moments. Insights are derived by considering the context of each emotional response and its cross-reference with declarative surveys, where applicable. The type of test, specific context, combination of Emotional Indicators and the variation of those indicators all contribute to the type of recommendations that can be made.

Use the multiple visualizations to find patterns in the data. Pay close attention to how the indicators relate to each other and how they vary globally from one key moment to the next. The Impact graphs give valuable information on how the population or individuals sensed emotions over time.

See this article for definitions of each Affect-tag Emotional Indicator.
