The Affect-tag band doesn't turn on or vibrates for 2 seconds and then turns off.
Charge the band for a minimum of 30 minutes and then press simultaneously on the 2 buttons to turn it on. The band is on if it vibrates 3 times upon starting and the blue LED blinks 1 per second.
