Why can't I upload data to my project?

Why can't I upload data to my project?

If there is a cloud icon with a circle of arrows next to the project name or session on the mobile device, it has not been uploaded yet.
If data will not upload try:
  1. Log out of your account and log back in.
  2. Upload a session by taping the cloud icon next to the project or session on the iPad. The project or session has been uploaded when the cloud icon has a check mark inside it.

You must be connected to the internet and connected to your account to upload data.

If the project has already been completed and paid for, no more data can be uploaded to that project.
