Create a Project

There are 2 ways to create a project for fieldwork using Affect-tag RX.
We recommend using the web application to create a project in order to sync with multiple mobile devices.

Using the Web Application

  1. Using a device connected to the internet, go to https://cloud.affect-tag.com
  2. Log into your account
If you do not yet have an account, a member of your organization must send you an invitation via the web application using their Affect-tag RX account.
  1. Click the "+" button on the bottom right.
  2. Fill in the required information.

  1. On the mobile device:
    1. open the Affect-tag RX app
    2. log into your account (you must have a wifi connection)
    3. swipe from top to bottom on the Project List Page to synchronize the web application data with the mobile device
    4. the new project appears in your list of projects

Using the Affect-tag RX Mobile Device

  1. Open the Affect-tag RX mobile application
  2. Tap on the "+" to create a new project.
You do not have to be logged in or have a wifi connection to create a new project.
  1. Choose a project title and type.
The Project Type, Client and Industry must be edited on the web application once data has been uploaded.
  1. Tap "Manage Key Moments"
  2. Enter the names of "Experiences", "Phases", and "Snaps" in their corresponding sections.
  3. Tap "Manage Participants" to enter at least 1 participant.
The project will be created on the web application after at least 1 session has been uploaded.
