How do I increase my Reliability score?
The Reliability score tells you if the results of the study can be generalized for the tested population. If there are too few samples, it may not be accurate to say that the results will hold true braodly.
In order to increase the reliability score, increase the number of samples for the particular Key Moment. Having more instances of a Key Moment can be acheived by repeat testing or by recruiting and measuring more participants.
